"Calm down and don't be embarrassed." Spartak ran into Zenit before the head-to-head match. Video

Clubs of the Russian Premier League continue to fight each other in social networks. In the last round, the football community actively discussed the Lokomotiv video, where Rubin 's problems were strained and ridiculously ridiculed . This time, the Spartak players distinguished themselves by releasing a scandalous video on the eve of the meeting with Zenit .

The announcement turned out to be very creative, but this is the very case when SMM workers are walking on very thin ice. The hints in the video are too bold, and the claims are unfounded.

Total resentment

The basis for the new creation of Spartak PR specialists was the song of the group "King and the Jester" - "The Cursed Old House". The rock hit from the beginning of the 2000s was overlaid with a video sequence that speaks for itself. A homeless man (in other words, a bum) lives in an abandoned hut at Narodnaya, 7. The exact same address is near the RFU building on Taganka. Then the narration of the video clip takes us inside the hut, where various things are stored: jars with the emblems of Zenit, Sochi and Orenburg, a TV with the inscription "VAR", a dead mole ... All these knick-knacks, apparently, symbolize phenomena in Russian football, which prevent Spartak from climbing to the top of the RPL.

VIDEO

What follows from this, at first glance, harmless video? And it follows from it that Spartak is offended by everyone except himself. The opponents, the RFU, the referees are to blame for the failures of the "red-whites" ... anyone - but not the club itself.

"Spartacus" in the video symbolizes freedom and protest against hegemony. At the end of the clip, a man in a club tracksuit collects all these "symbols of evil" in a bag and throws it from the bridge into the river. The clip ends with a slightly altered quote from the same song of the King and the Jester: “It’s too tight for us to be locked up, and we dream of one thing ...” If you listen to the entire track, it’s easy to understand what exactly it is about: to find freedom.

Spartak is not about childish antics

The Spartak video came out quite creative and uplifting - this cannot be taken away. If you are a Red-White fan, he will surely touch you. However, this clip is more like a cry of despair than a match announcement. And it can still go sideways for Spartak. In the club's Telegram channel, where the video was posted, the comments are mostly positive. But even in the official Spartak community there were those who did not really like the message of the video:

Oversalted?

The club promotes a completely understandable idea: all Russian football is controlled by Zenit. Zenit allegedly in collusion with Sochi, the RFU and the referees. Zenit has a huge financial resource, which gives them an unfair advantage. Even television experts are on the side of Zenit. Of course, all this is given through hints, but they are very easy to read.

The problem is that with this Aesopian language, Spartak, in fact, brings charges against opponents. And here the question arises about the legitimacy of such statements, because there is nothing to back them up. Of course, there is no direct violation of the law on libel here. Spartacists can answer any claim: “These are all your speculations, we didn’t mean anything like that.” Nevertheless, it is impossible not to admit: the SMM crews made the video on the very edge of what is permitted. If they overdid it a little, they could run into trouble.

The resentment of Spartak, which failed the championship in the year of the century, is understandable, but such a reaction will not help the club in any way. It's just words and pretty pictures.
